Q. How do I become a registered user?
A. On the homepage, please click on ‘Enroll Now’. Choose the most suitable option and fill in the required details. You will receive your activation details after we receive the payment.
Q. I have forgotten my Login ID or password, what to do?
A. On the Login page click on ‘Forgot Password’ and provide the required information. The password will be mailed on the e-mail address provided by you in the registration form.
Q. How long will it take to complete a test?
A. Our online certification tests take about 40 minutes to an hour to complete and consist of 40 questions.
Q. Can I view the answers to the test I have taken?
A. Yes, only in case of practice tests and not for the final assessment test.
Q. Can an employer or recruiter verify that I took the test?
A. Yes, an employer or recruiter is offered a free verification, which ensures that you took the test. This separates the cheaters from individuals who have achieved success in our courses.
Q. I took a test and my Test ID worked fine for it, however it is not working for other tests. Why?
A. Every time you request a test you are provided with a Test ID for that specific test. This Test ID will not work for any other test.
Q. When I am trying to order a test, the system is asking me for a promo code. What do I do?
A. A promotional code is provided by the Alza Management Institute to some members and partners. However it is not essential to fill this code when ordering a test.
Q. How will I know what a test will cover?
A. Interested candidates can find details regarding the syllabus by visiting ‘Courses’. The test will be based on this syllabus.
Q. What type of questions are generally featured in a test?
A. Usually a test would have multiple-choice questions that evaluate knowledge and skills on the subject. They aim to evaluate the test-taker on the basis of practical knowledge and not just academic knowledge.
Q. How can employers and recruiters verify an Alza Management Institute’s Certification?
A. A test-taker’s transcript can be viewed by employers and recruiters by entering the transcript ID on the Alza Management Institute website in the Public Transcript box. You can also paste a direct link to your transcript on your personal web site, resume or in an e-mail.
Furthermore an on-site verification test is offered to employers and recruiters to verify that you have indeed earned the Alza Management Institute’s Certification.
Q. Does the Alza Management Institute provide a paper certification?
A. Yes, on completion and success on a course you will be provided a paper certificate also. This is proof of the course you have successfully completed with all the required details such as your name, date of completion, etc.
Q. How much does Alza Management Institute’s paper certificate cost?
A. Alza Management Institute’s paper certificate can be ordered after due completion and success on a course and would cost USD 75.
Q. What is the procedure for ordering a paper certificate?
A. Log in to your account from the member login page and click on ‘Order Certificates’. Fill in the required details. The certificate will be delivered as soon as we receive payment.
Q. To which address will the paper certificate be delivered?
A. After you have ordered a paper certificate you will be asked for the address to which you wish it to be delivered.
Q. How can I check the status for a paper certificate I ordered but have still not received?
A. At the time of ordering a paper certificate the individual is provided with a shipment ID. This can be used on the provided link to check the status of the delivery.
Q. Do you offer frames and mounts with the paper certificate?
A. Not as yet; however we do have plans to accessorize the certificate soon.
Q. How can public transcript be viewed?
A. Public transcript can be viewed by several ways:
• By entering the Transcript ID on the home page.
• By clicking on a provided link to your personal home page or account.
• By providing the link to your public transcript on your resume, personal web site or e-mail.
