Certified SEO Company: Terms and Conditions
You must carefully go through the terms and conditions mentioned below and accept the same before enrolling yourself for any kind of certification awarded by Alza Management Institute.
Definitions: The terms used in the agreement connotes the following meaning throughout the agreement:
- 'The Website' refers to www.alzains.com
- 'We', 'us' and 'AMI' refers to Alza Management Institute
- 'You' and 'user' refers to the individual or the company enrolling for the certification program.
Once you check the box, it is assumed that you have gone through all the listed terms and conditions, the General Terms & Conditions of www.alzains.com website and the Copyright Statement and have fully understood them and have fully agreed to follow and observe them.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions listed, then please do not proceed further.
This is a legal agreement between you and the Institute and you must carefully go through it, and acknowledge that:
- SEO certification program: It is understood that SEO certification program offered by Alza Management Institute is a non-exclusive program. It does not bind either you or the Institute under any kind of obligation or to act as an agent for the other. It also does not create any kind of employment relationship, joint venture, partnership firm or business entity of any other kind.
- You
- Are responsible for your acts, behavior and omission and is no way related to the Institute.
- Must not violate the terms, conditions, rules, regulations and the policies of the Institute.
- Must not practice any kind of practices which can be misleading, false, deceptive, unethical, illegal with regard to your participation as a certified SEO company.
- Must obtain all the permissions, consents and authorizations, which are required to perform under and related to these rules.
- Must agree that the Institute retains all its right, title and interest in all and to its intellectual property and content material.
- Must work in a fair and workmanship like manner and adhere to all the rules and conditions listed by the Institute
- Must make it clear to your clients that under no circumstances you are employed, endorsed, recommended, contracted with the Institute.
- Must not have any criminal cases pending against you in any court of law.
- Must not be connected to any underground/terror/ illegal element.
- It is also understood that the SEO certification is a privilege offered by the Institute. It is also understood that this privilege can be withdrawn or terminated by the Institute at any time without assigning any reason.
- You can identify yourself as a certified SEO company on your website, outgoing material, business cards, all forms of correspondence including with your client etc. However the logo cannot be displayed on any thing, which is illegal, erotic or pornographic.
- It is understood that the Institute has a right to remove the permission to remove the logo and the authority to use the word Certified SEO Company, at any time and for any reason or no reason.
- Unless otherwise indicated, the content provided for the learners are the sole property of the Institute and in no way can be sold, published, or printed in any form in any media.
- Dissemination or the sale of any works or the parts thereof is strictly prohibited
- The content provided would be for pedagogical purpose and the users should adhere to the rules related to the use of the content.
- The Institute may change or modify the rules at any time for any or no reason and without prior information.
- The Institute reserves the right to conduct a remote or an onsite audit of the Certified SEO Company or its website if the Institute deems it that the Certified SEO Company is no longer complying with the code of conduct, ethics and requirements laid down by the Institute.
- The Certified SEO Company must agree to comply with reasonable informational request that may be made by the Institute. The information supplied must be accurate, correct and complete. Similarly, proper documents should be furnished as and when asked by the Institute.
- The certification will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Institute. No statements of the company interested in getting the certification will be binding upon the Institute.
- The Institute will award the certification on the ability of the company/employees to satisfy the criteria laid down by the institute
- All the court expenses incurred by the Institute are to be reimbursed by the plaintiff.
- In case of receipt of any complaint, the Institute reserves a right to strip the company of its certification.
- These terms and conditions shall be construed as under and governed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Institute and the user agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any lawsuit between them shall be a court sitting in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- The maximum aggregate liability of the Institute for all claims, whether made in contract, tort under statute or otherwise (including in each case negligence) which are not otherwise excluded under these Terms ("Claims") shall be limited to USD 50 in respect of one incident or series of incidents arising from a common cause in each 12 month period commencing with the date that you became a member of the Institute, provided that the maximum aggregate liability of the Institute for all claims arising as a direct result of technical advice provided by us shall be subject to the monetary cap.
The exclusions and limitations of liability contained in this section do not apply to:
- Any loss or damage resulting from death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Loss or damages arising from our fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any other losses, which may not be excluded or limited by law.
Each provision of this Paragraph shall be construed separately as between you and us. If any part is held by a court to be unreasonable, inapplicable or unenforceable, then the other parts shall still apply.
AMI Certified SEO Company operates independently as SEO Service provider, and is not employed, endorsed, approved by or agents of Alza Management Institute. Qualification is not an endorsement of those SEO companies by Alza Management Institute, but only an indication that those SEO companies have met the criteria listed here.
